This page explains what Invvex collects and why, how ads are shown, and how to manage your consent or delete your data.

Invvex (invvex.com) is a market-information website for gold, forex, stocks and Gulf markets, in Arabic and English. This page explains what we collect and why. We do not sell personal data.
Your language, theme and time-zone settings, how often you have seen each ad today (for frequency caps), your Academy lesson progress and quiz scores, your privacy choice, and the day and time of your last page view (for visit statistics) are kept in your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to us, and Invvex sets no cookies of its own.
We count page views, unique visitors and visits as daily totals by page type, language, country (as reported by our host, Cloudflare) and device type (mobile, tablet or desktop). To tell a first visit of the day from a repeat one, your browser keeps the day and time of your last page view in local storage and only sends us yes/no flags (first view today, new visit after 30 minutes, first visit ever). We do not store IP addresses, cookies or any identifier for this, and known bots are excluded. If we enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, it is also cookieless.
Broker ads are served from our own server and are labelled “Ad” or “Sponsored”. We count how often each ad is seen and clicked, as daily totals. To block abuse we keep a one-way (salted) hash of your IP address for a short time; the IP address itself is not stored. When you click an ad you leave Invvex and the advertiser’s own privacy policy applies.
If we use Google AdSense, it only loads after you accept in the privacy banner. Google and its partners may then use cookies and similar technologies to show, personalise and measure ads. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, AdSense is only shown together with Google’s certified consent message. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Privacy choices” in the footer.
If you subscribe to alerts we store your email and/or mobile number, the markets and alert types you chose, your language, your country, the page or campaign you signed up from, the signup time, the consent text you agreed to, and a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent abuse. We use this only to verify you and send the alerts you asked for. It is kept while you are subscribed and deleted within 30 days after you unsubscribe, or immediately if you choose “delete my data” via the manage link in every message.
If you send the form on our Advertise page we store your name, company, email, phone, website, message and country, and notify our team by email, only to reply to you. Ask us and we will delete it.
Cloudflare hosts the site and our database (EU region) and sends our emails. Google processes data only if AdSense is enabled and you consent. Messaging providers (for example WhatsApp by Meta or an SMS gateway) will process your number only to deliver alerts, once those channels go live.
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) — and the GDPR if you are in the EEA or UK — you can ask to access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time. For alerts, use the manage link in any message; for anything else, write to us via the form on the Advertise page and mention “Privacy”.
If you use the Invvex AI assistant, your questions and its answers are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a reply and are stored with your country and a one-way hash of your IP address (for abuse and rate limits). Do not type sensitive personal data into the chat. Chats that do not lead to a request are deleted after 90 days. The assistant gives general information from Invvex data only, not investment advice. If you choose “Talk to a licensed broker” and tick the consent box, we store your name, phone, email, country, trading experience, preferred broker and interest, together with the chat transcript and the time and wording of your consent, and our team is notified by email. With that consent we may share these details with one or more partner brokers licensed in the UAE so they can contact you; that broker then handles your data under its own privacy policy. These requests are kept for up to 24 months. You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing info@invvex.com.
